Return and Cancellation Policy

Thank you for choosing Ejary. We want to ensure that your rental experience is smooth and satisfactory. Below is our refund policy for renting units:

1. Booking Cancellation

• Cancellations Made 10+ Days Before Arrival: If you cancel your booking more than 10 days before the scheduled check-in date, you will receive a full refund of your rental payment, minus any processing fees.
• Cancellations Made 7-9 Days Before Arrival: If you cancel your booking 7 to 9 days before the scheduled check-in date, you will receive a 50% refund of the rental payment.
• Cancellations Made 6 Days or Less Before Arrival:Cancellations made within days of the check-in date will not be eligible for a refund.

2. Payment Split Refund Policy

• If the split payment feature is used, both the guest and any other beneficiaries must pay the full rent amount for the unit within three hours of splitting the payment during the reservation process. If one or more beneficiaries fail to complete their payment within the three-hour window, the reservation will be canceled, and the unit will be made available for other guests to rent. The guest who made the payment will receive a full refund within 2 working days.

3. Modifying a Reservation

• If you wish to modify your reservation (such as changing the rental dates) before 10 days, please contact us as soon as possible. We will do our best to accommodate your new request based on availability.
• Any change that results in a lower rental cost may be subject to a partial refund (depending on the original agreement).
• If the modification leads to a higher rental cost, you will be responsible for paying the difference.

4. No-Show Policy

• If you do not show up on the scheduled check-in date and have not previously notified us of your cancellation, you will not be eligible for a refund.

5. Early Departures

• If you choose to check out earlier than your confirmed check-out date, we are unable to provide a refund for the unused days.

6. Unforeseen Circumstances

• In the event that Ejary must cancel your reservation due to unforeseen circumstances (such as maintenance issues or other emergencies), you will receive a full refund or have the option to reschedule your stay based on availability.

7. Refund Process

• Refunds will be processed using the same payment method used for the initial booking.
• Refunds may take 10-15 business days to appear in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.

8. Special Circumstances

• For exceptional cases, such as illness or other emergencies, we may consider a partial refund or rescheduling at our discretion. Please contact our call center with any special circumstances.
